Turner Hydraulic Group has a wide range of hydrostatic testing equipment readily available, as well as experienced engineers. All of our water pumps have inverted drives, allowing for control of delivery flow and fill rates from 2m³ to 800m³ with an extensive range of pressure and head height capabilities.

All of our hydrostatic test equipment is calibrated to UKAS Class1, although other options are available. Our ranges of pressures are from 0 to 3000 Bar, all recorded, using Hydrotechnik data log solutions – this includes temperature, pressure and flow transducers, enabling us to provide detailed electronic certification, including graphs, which demonstrate clear visibility of each pressure test, staged increases in pressure, hold stages, test period and the decrease stages.
